Many early morning, frosty walks in the first part of the year. David was still mainly working from home and meetings often began at 8.00, 8.30 or 9.00am. Thus, David and Trinity saw many nice sunrises.
Derek had a number of cold Monday mornings in Trinity church hall (in Storrington) taking phone calls and arranging rides to various medical appointments for a local volunteering service. And he ended up doing one ride himself from Crawley to Brighton for an 8am appointment that required him leaving home by 6.15am!
And Trinity continued weekly swimming lessons, though these became physiotherapy after she acquired a mysterious injury to her back. The swimming pool is still the only place that she will swim – and it turns out that the mystery injury was probably caused by swimming!!
