As noted in the log, Andrea went straight from Cluanie to a (successful) job interview at Patterdale Youth Hostel.
David and Louise went directly to a conference in the Lake District where Lizzie made her teeth and bark very well known.
Iain and Archie disappeared and maybe no-one knows where they ended up immediately or later.
One week later David and Louise went climbing near Preston and David fell and smashed his ankle.
When many of us regrouped with Andrea at Patterdale later that summer, crutch races and crutch hiking were very much de rigueur. But climbing waterfalls with crutches was deemed a little unwise.
Twelve months later we all regrouped at Cluanie for the second trip – mainly remembered (by me at least) for Ben getting very drunk on the last night and having a very unsettled journey south the next morning.

Remarkably I have managed to track down Iain and Archie and have an email address for Iain should anyone want it. Iain lives just outside Stirling and he has contact information for Archie.
