Cinnamon bread

A sweet spicy bread for toasting.

Ingredients
1/2 packet Schar bread mix 2 tsps chestnut flour (optional) Salt and a little cinnamon / nutmeg Yeast — 4 fl. oz. milk 1 fl. oz. oil 7 fl. oz. warm water 1 beaten egg white (optional) — Cinnamon Brown sugar Soft butter  
Instructions
Beat the cinnamon, sugar and butter together until creamed. In a separate bowl mix the flours, salt, spices and yeast. Add the warm liquids and the beaten egg white. Mix well. When thoroughly mixed add the cinnamon / butter / sugar mixture and stir together as gently as possible. Put into a well greased loaf tin and leave to rise for about 45 minutes. Bake at 400F for about 40 minutes.
